Due to the nature of digital goods and AI-generated content, we do not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final. When you purchase a subscription or credits on Normal Weird, the transaction is non-refundable.
The moment you generate insights, content, or replies, we incur hard costs for computing resources and AI processing. Because of this immediate cost and the digital delivery of our services, we cannot retroactively issue refunds.
You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Once canceled, you will continue to have access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
